Sea Fern House - 36

One small or medium dog is welcome at Sea Fern House 36, a three-floor townhouse in Poole that sleeps six. The first-floor sitting room has a Juliette balcony opening towards views of Poole Harbour, plus a Smart TV and WiFi. Underfloor heating covers the ground floor, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent.

Behind the house, the enclosed garden has a lawn, patio and furniture. The drive holds two cars, and an EV charger can be used with a code from the owner, charged by usage. A security camera outside faces the drive. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. Cooking is covered by an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, but there is no washing machine.

The second-floor super-king-size room has a private bathroom with a freestanding bath, basin and walk-in shower. The first-floor king-size has an en-suite shower, and the ground-floor twin has patio doors to the garden. A ground-floor shower room brings the total to three bathrooms.

Poole railway station is 0.4 miles away, fishing 0.5 miles and a beach 0.9 miles. The minimum stay is four nights; changeovers run Friday to Friday in July, August and over bank holidays, and Christmas cannot take back-to-back bookings. Smoking is not allowed, and the booking needs a good housekeeping bond. Best for a family with a small dog, or three couples who each want a bathroom.
