Upstairs at Sea Fern House 36B, the first-floor sitting room has a Juliette balcony and views over Poole Harbour, with two sofas or armchairs and a Smart TV. The townhouse is in Poole and rises over three floors, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Three bedrooms sit on three levels. The second floor has a super-king-size bed and its own bathroom, with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. The first-floor king-size has an en-suite shower, and the ground-floor twin has patio doors to the garden. A ground-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower makes three bathrooms in all. With three bathrooms, it works for a family or a group of up to six.

The kitchen and diner has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, and the table is set for six. There is no washing machine. The enclosed rear garden has a lawn and a patio, and a highchair and cot can be requested. The drive takes two cars. To charge an electric vehicle, ask the owner for the code; extra charges apply depending on usage. A security camera outside faces the drive.

Fishing is half a mile away, Poole station is also half a mile, and a beach is 1.5 miles. The minimum stay is four nights, with Friday to Friday bookings only in July, August and on bank holidays, and no back-to-back bookings over Christmas. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable.
