Quay Cottage - Sea View

Quay Cottage stands in Poole and is arranged over three floors. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire stove. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and the house has three Smart TVs, WiFi and a washing machine. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Six people fit across three bedrooms. The top-floor king-size has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, the second king-size sits below it, and the third room is a twin whose beds zip and link into a king-size on request. The main bathroom has a bath, a hand-held shower and a separate walk-in shower, and there is a WC on the ground floor.

Outside, the rear patio is enclosed and comes with furniture. Parking is off-road for one car at the back of the house; the space is narrow, so drivers are asked to keep to the left. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 1.4 miles. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome.

The stairs are the main thing to weigh up: the house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Smoking is not allowed, stag and hen parties are not accepted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or a group of friends who want three separate bedrooms, and the zip-link twin keeps the sleeping arrangements flexible.
