5 Red Sails

5 Red Sails is a terraced house in Sandbanks, near Poole, arranged over three floors. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the beach 0.3 miles and the pub 0.4 miles. Sandbanks has a convenience store and Lazy Jacks Restaurant and Bar, and the beach has watersports facilities.

Living space is on the first floor, where the open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area lead to a balcony with furniture. Appliances include an electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and a DVD player. The first floor also holds the family bathroom, with a bath and a shower over it.

Eight guests sleep in four bedrooms. A double and a twin are on the ground floor, and a double with a television and a twin, each with an en-suite walk-in shower, are on the top floor. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. There is a communal front garden with a lawn, patio and furniture, and an enclosed rear garden with a terrace and furniture, and there are steps up to the rear terrace.

Parking is off-road for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. The house suits two families, or a group of friends with up to two pets, who want to be a short walk from the sand.
