Eight can sit down together at the dining table in Flat 17 Golden Gates, a first-floor apartment in Sandbanks, with Poole 3 miles away and Bournemouth 4 miles. A balcony with furniture opens off the living and dining room, where the passing ferry is part of the outlook and Brownsea Island can be seen opposite.

There are four bedrooms: two king-size rooms and two doubles. One king-size room has a TV and an en-suite with a freestanding bath, basin and WC, and one of the doubles has a TV. The main bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower, so the flat has two bathrooms for eight guests. Towels and bed linen are supplied, and fuel and power are in the rent.

In the kitchen are an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. Gas central heating, a TV and WiFi complete the setup, and a highchair is available. The allocated private car park holds two cars. The beach is 200 yards away, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, and a supermarket is a mile away.

From 3 July to 17 September 2027, bookings run Saturday to Saturday only. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the booking carries a good housekeeping bond. Ideal for a large family or two families sharing, with the beach on foot.
