8 Buckfields

8 Buckfields is a ground-floor apartment in Lyme Regis with two bathrooms for four guests. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, the twin room has blue decor, and a separate family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The sitting, dining and kitchen areas run together as one open-plan space, with leather sofas and a central wooden dining table. There are two TVs, a DVD player and WiFi. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a patio and furniture, and it leads to a communal garden with a lawn and shrubs, where children must be supervised at all times. Parking is off-road for one car, and a welcome hamper is provided. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles. The town has two museums and an aquarium, and Lyme Regis Fossil Beach is a short drive away.

Pets are not accepted, and the flat is non-smoking. It suits a family with children, or two couples, who want both bedrooms and both bathrooms on the ground floor.
