9 Bay View Court

The balcony at 9 Bay View Court has furniture and sea views, and it is reached through sliding glass doors from the living area. The third-floor apartment overlooks Church Cliff Bay in Lyme Regis, a short walk from the town centre. The living area is small but has two sofas, a wooden feature wall and a bar area open to the kitchen through an arched doorway.

Smart TV, a basic Sky package, Netflix and Sonos speakers in every room are provided, with USB charge points. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a Nespresso machine (pods are not supplied), a fridge with an ice box and a washer/dryer. The king-size bedroom has French windows onto the balcony, and the second bedroom is a twin. In the bathroom there is a bath with a shower fitted above. The rent includes electric heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels, and a welcome hamper is waiting inside.

The allocated parking space is secure, lit and in the basement of the building. The car park entrance is 2.1m high and 3.3m wide, and the 2.1m by 4.4m space suits small and medium cars, while a large car needs careful manoeuvring. Children need supervision on the balcony at all times. Smoking is banned and pets are not accepted.

The shop is 0.2 miles off and the pub 0.1 miles. The apartment suits a family of four, or two couples, who want a sea view from the balcony and a secure place for one car.
