Bay View

Bay View is a duplex apartment spread over the first and second floors in the centre of Lyme Regis. The open-plan living area has high ceilings, roof beams, wooden flooring and French windows opening onto an enclosed balcony with furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there is a TV and WiFi. Gas heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms. The king-size has an en-suite shower-room with a walk-in shower, and there is also a bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and smoking is not allowed.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, though outdoor space is limited. There is no parking at the property: a public car park is a short walk away, payable on site and subject to availability. Steps and the lack of immediate parking make the flat unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility. A shop is 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles.

It suits a couple with a dog, or a small family, who want to be in the middle of town and are happy to carry bags from a car park.
