Bay View

Bay View is a duplex apartment in a quiet residential area a short walk from the centre of Lyme Regis. It runs over the ground and first floors and sleeps four. The double bedroom is downstairs with its own en-suite shower room and a walk-in shower, while the twin bedroom and the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it, are upstairs.

Besides the kitchen, there is a dining room with a snug, a sitting room and a sunroom. The sunroom, the lounge and the main bedroom look over the town, with glimpses of the sea beyond. Appliances are an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and there is a washing machine and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, the enclosed garden has raised decking, steps to a lawn and furniture. Off-road parking is for one car. Both the pub and the shop are 0.3 miles away.

One dog is accepted, no more than that, and smoking is not allowed. Guests pay a good-housekeeping bond. The apartment suits a couple, or two friends or a parent and child sharing the twin, who want a ground-floor bedroom and a garden.
