Bethel Cottage

Bethel Cottage sits in the town of Lyme Regis, with a shop 0.4 miles away and a pub 0.3 miles away. The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and the kitchen/diner opens through French windows onto the garden. Heating is gas, alongside the woodburning stove. The living spaces are a kitchen/diner and a separate sitting room, and the kitchen has a wooden table.

Three bedrooms take up to six guests: a king-size, a double and a twin. The bathroom is up the stairs and has a bath and a separate shower cubicle, and a ground-floor shower room adds a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. A TV, a DVD player and WiFi are provided; fuel, power, bed linen and towels all come with the rent.

The garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a raised patio and seating, and it is the spot for a dog to stretch out. Pets are welcome in the house, but smoking is not allowed. There is no parking at the cottage itself: one permit is provided for a public car park a short walk away, and a space depends on availability.

It is best for a family or a group of adults who are happy to carry bags from a car park, and who want a garden for the dog.
