Bindon Bluff - West Lulworth

Bindon Bluff is a modern stone cottage on a quiet lane in West Lulworth. The pub is 200 yards away, and the shop and the beach are each half a mile off. Two steps lead up through the porch into a hall with room for coats and shoes and a door to the back garden.

The ground floor has a dining room with a picture window, a kitchen with a butler sink, an electric hob and cooker, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave, and a double-aspect sitting room with a skylight and a double set of French doors to the garden. The main TV has an Amazon Firestick and Netflix, and there is an iPod dock. Upstairs are a double, a twin and a single bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower.

The front garden is an unenclosed lawn with shrubs. At the back are a lawn, decking, flower beds and views of the Purbeck Hills, with a separate side garden that has decking, a cube table and chairs for evening drinks. Parking is for one car at the rear, with roadside parking too. Guests bring their own beach and pool towels. One dog can stay, and additional charges may apply. The cottage suits a family of five, or a couple with friends and a dog.
