Blacksmiths Cottage

Blacksmiths Cottage sits inside a private gated courtyard in the town of Lyme Regis, with a shop and a pub each 0.1 miles away. Large windows and a glass door bring light into the sitting and dining room, where sofas, wooden shelves and an ornamental fireplace share the space with a dining table. The door leads out to the rear patio.

The kitchen has white cupboards, wooden flooring, an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer alongside. Of the two bedrooms, one is a double with a basin and the other a twin with storage, which suits children. The bathroom has a bath with a pumped shower over it, a basin and a WC.

Both the front and the rear garden are enclosed, and each has a patio with seating. Off-road parking takes two cars. Gas heating and a TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi come as standard, and the rent takes in fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A welcome hamper is waiting on arrival.

Pets cannot stay and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable as well. The cottage works well for two couples or a family who like having two patios and parking for two cars.
