Blue Neptune

Blue Neptune is a contemporary detached house in Lyme Regis, built on a reverse-level plan: the bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the open-plan living space, with kitchen, dining and sitting areas under a vaulted ceiling, is on the first floor. The living area opens onto a balcony and a veranda. The kitchen has two electric ovens, a gas hob, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Two bedrooms have a super-king-size bed that unzips into twins on request, and each has its own en-suite shower room. One of them also has a TV and sliding doors to a patio sitting area. The third bedroom has a single bed, with a truckle bed on request, and the bathroom with a bath and a shower over it is opposite. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The split-level garden has a lower paved patio and an upper area of planting with a large seating area, and four seating spots in all. Off-road parking takes three cars, with an electric vehicle charging point, and CCTV covers the parking area and the entrances and exits for security. The shop is 0.6 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles and the beach 0.8 miles.

Younger children need supervising in the living area, which has open stairs, and in all the garden areas. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house suits a family, or two couples, who want en-suite bedrooms and space for several cars.
