Chine Heights

Chine Heights is a duplex apartment on the first and second floors of a Victorian property in Bournemouth, with three bedrooms for six. The first floor holds a kitchen/diner with a TV, a living and dining room with views across the town, a shower room with a walk-in shower and a cloakroom. The king-size bedroom is also on this floor, reached through double doors from the living area or from the corridor.

Two staircases connect the floors, and the second floor is split level with low ceilings in its bedrooms, so the apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Up there are a double and a twin, plus a bathroom with a bath and a hand-held shower. Every bedroom has a TV, and there are five in total.
