The Anchorage

The Anchorage is a ground-floor apartment in Bournemouth with two bedrooms and a sofa that can be made up for two on request, which brings the total to six. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and French windows lead out to two balconies with furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

One bedroom has a king-size bed. The other is a twin with zip-linked beds, and if you would rather have a king-size there, ask before you arrive. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC. A highchair and a travel cot can be provided on request, there is a TV and WiFi, and gas heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Parking is one designated off-road space, with roadside parking as well. The beach is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the shop 1 mile. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment can also be booked together with a second property to sleep eight in total. It suits a family or two couples who want a balcony and a beach close by.
