Tiffanys Coach House

Tiffanys Coach House is a detached property in Bournemouth, entered through electric gates with off-road parking behind them. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee maker. A living/dining room holds the woodburning stove that heats the house alongside central heating, and a separate sitting room gives a second place to sit.

There are two king-size bedrooms, each with a TV. One has an en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and there is also a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A sofa bed for two takes the total to six. Four Smart TVs and WiFi are installed, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two outdoor spaces come with the house: a courtyard patio at the front and a decked area at the back with patio furniture. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.4 miles.

Steps lead down to the property, so it may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Stays are limited to one week, except at peak times such as the summer holidays. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not accepted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits two couples or a family who want a stove-warmed base, with the sofa bed for the extra two.
