Cleve Cottage

Cleve Cottage is a small detached cottage in Lyme Regis, set in a courtyard and three minutes' walk from Lyme Regis beach, which leads on to the Cobb. It sleeps four, but only as three adults and one child at most. The two bedrooms are a double with a television and a twin with a raised bed.

There is a living room with a dining area, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The one bathroom is a shower room with a cubicle. Heating is electric, the television is a smart one, and an Amazon Echo and WiFi are provided. Fuel, power, linen and towels come with the rent.

The garden has a patio, artificial turf and furniture. The cottage has its own off-road parking for one car, which is within the town itself. Shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away.

No pets are allowed and there is no smoking. There is also a bond to pay for good housekeeping. The cottage suits a couple, or a small family of three adults and a child, who want to leave the car and walk everywhere.
