Cliffords Cottage

Cliffords Cottage is in Warmwell, down a private road on the edge of woodland. It is semi-detached and attached to the owner's home, but entirely self-contained. The pub and shop are 1 mile away and the beach is 4.5 miles.

Downstairs, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, and it opens onto a lounge and dining space with a wood burner and a first basket of logs. A boot room and a utility room with a washing machine give walking gear somewhere to go. Upstairs, a king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate double shower, and a double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate WC, and there are Smart TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms.

The garden lies to the rear and side, with outdoor furniture. It is uneven in places, and wild deer are fed there during the day. The rear door is for emergencies only because the garden is uneven. Private parking is for two cars. Children under 10 are not accepted.

No dogs are allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The cottage suits a couple, or two couples travelling without young children, who want quiet and woodland walking from the door.
