Conybeare Cottage

Conybeare Cottage is in Lyme Regis, on its own private driveway that takes two cars. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the beach 0.7 miles. Inside, an open-plan room combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Tassimo coffee machine and a slow cooker.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a pull-out truckle. The truckle is only for children under 12, and it leaves very little floor space, so say if it is needed when booking. The cottage takes at most two adults and two children, or three adults. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. WiFi and gas central heating are fitted, and fuel, power, linen and towels are included.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a lawn, a patio with furniture and a barbecue. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

It suits a couple, or a family with one or two children, who want a private driveway and an enclosed garden, and are bringing one pet at most.
