Thatched end-terrace cottage for two, with a pub at the end of the road

Cosynook Cottage is a thatched end-terrace cottage in Winterborne Kingston, beside the river, with Bere Regis close by. It sleeps two. The Greyhound Hotel is at the end of the road and serves food, and the pub and shop are both 0.1 miles away. Bere Regis has a pub, an ice cream shop and a garage/convenience store.

The living/dining room has a log-burner-effect gas fire, and gas central heating runs through the cottage. The kitchen is newly fitted and has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. A TV, a radio and WiFi are provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The one bedroom is a large double with an en-suite basin and WC. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a P-shaped bath with a shower over it. A patio door opens onto the enclosed patio garden, which has an artificial lawn and a seating area.

Two practical points. The driveway takes one small car, and people with larger vehicles may struggle to park there, though there is more parking on the roadside in the village. The cottage is also not suitable for infants and young children. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple, with or without a pet, travelling without infants or young children.
