2 Court Farm

2 Court Farm is a Grade II listed cottage on the outskirts of Bere Regis, set on the Dorset Wildlife Trust's Wild Woodbury reserve. It sleeps four, and it has a strict minimum stay of 3 nights. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.

Downstairs, a porch leads to a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a kitchen/diner with a table for four, and a cloakroom. Upstairs are a double and a twin bedroom, reached by a staircase, which share a bathroom with a bath, a shower over it and a heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. There is a TV and WiFi, and oil central heating backs up the stove.

Fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent, with a basket of logs and kindling provided on request. Bed linen and towels are included as well. The rear garden has a lawn, a patio and seating. Parking is private and off the road, in a car park with room for as many cars as needed, and EV charging is available for one car.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable. The village has two pubs, The Drax Arms and The Royal Oak. It suits a couple or a family of four with up to two dogs who can book at least three nights.
