The Hayloft - Winterborne Zelston

This former coach house stands in Winterborne Zelston, about 4 miles from Bere Regis along the A31, and it sits right beside that road. A gated shared drive leads to the detached, single-storey building, which is next to the owners' home but has its own entrance door.

The door opens straight into the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. A vaulted ceiling gives it height, a section of the original stalls survives on the left and the kitchen is tucked behind it. It has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a TV in the lounge. Across the living space are two bedrooms, a twin and a double, which share one bathroom with a bath, a shower and a WC.

Double doors from the lounge lead out to an enclosed garden with a generous lawn and a brick-paved patio with furniture. A BBQ is provided, and the off-road parking takes two cars. A shop is within 400 metres and pubs are within 1 mile.

One dog may stay, and additional charges may apply. The coach house suits two couples, or a family of four, who want everything on one level and a short drive to the market towns.
