Meadow View Barn

Meadow View Barn is a detached barn in Bere Regis for four guests, with the pub and the shop both 0.1 miles away. The open-plan living room has sliding patio doors onto a small terrace, and from there the view runs over village rooftops towards the meadows. A cloakroom is on the ground floor. Bere Regis has several pubs and a village shop, and the market town of Wareham is six miles away. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a microwave and a Nespresso machine. The living room has a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker, and the property has fibre optic broadband WiFi. The barn has underfloor heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The one bathroom, with a bath and a shower over it, is on the first level and serves the super-king-size double and the twin bedroom. A small private courtyard garden has patio furniture. Parking is allocated for one car on a shared drive, with additional roadside parking. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

No pets are allowed, and the barn is non-smoking. It suits a small family or two couples without a dog who want somewhere with a pub and shop on the doorstep.
