The Courtyard - Hilltop Barn

The Courtyard - Hilltop Barn is a detached barn conversion in the owner's grounds at Winterborne Zelston, near Wareham and within reach of Bere Regis. It is self-contained, with its own private patio, and sleeps four. A drive runs up to the property and bi-folding doors open into the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, which has low beamed ceilings and a red brick wall.

There are two bedrooms. The king-size is on the ground floor beside a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin is on the first floor and comes with its own living area, and a second shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves it. Heating is electric central heating plus underfloor heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and there is a TV and WiFi. Outside is a private patio with seating and a barbecue. Parking is off the road for two cars. The owner has a drying room for wet clothes and boots on request. A highchair and travel cot are provided. The shop is 2.5 miles away and the pub 0.4 miles.

Two rules matter when booking. The barn accepts only children under 3 and over 12 because of the large pond on site, and infants do not count towards the occupancy. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. It suits two couples, or a family whose children are under 3 or over 12.
