Cumberland Cottage

Cumberland Cottage is a detached stone-fronted house in Lyme Regis, with a shop 0.4 miles away and a pub 0.3 miles away. The sitting room has high ceilings, roof beams, wooden flooring and a woodburning stove against a stone feature wall, and the dining table looks towards the bay. French windows open onto the garden.

A king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom make up the sleeping for four. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. In the kitchen are an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels, and there is a TV and WiFi. A cot and a highchair are available, and a welcome hamper is provided.

The garden is enclosed, with a patio, a lawn and furniture. Two cars fit on the off-road parking. The owner accepts one dog, and smoking is not allowed. Some road noise should be expected because of the location, and some guests may find the stairs steep. Lyme Regis town is a short walk away.

It suits a family of up to four, with or without one dog, who want a garden and parking.
