Emminster

Emminster is a family house in a rural position in Nottington, away from the bustle of Weymouth, which is 3.4 miles off. It sleeps four, in a double bedroom and a twin.

The family bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with a shower over it. Meals are taken in the spacious sitting/dining room, and the kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. Laundry goes in a communal washer/dryer. There is a TV, a DVD player and WiFi, and oil central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parents can ask for a travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate. Outside, the garden is shared with other guests, and a gravelled area adds seating and a barbecue. An allocated parking space goes with the house.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Arrival is from 4pm, departure by 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The shop is 1.3 miles away, the pub 1.5 miles and the beach 2.8 miles. The house suits a family with young children and a dog who want a countryside setting with baby equipment on request.
