Corvesgate

Corvesgate has two outdoor spaces, and they are not alike. At the back is an enclosed garden with decking. At the front is a patio with a bench, and it is not enclosed. The home is in the countryside of Nottington, on the outskirts of Weymouth, with two allocated off-road parking spaces.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. A super-king and a twin are upstairs, both zip-and-link beds that can be switched round on request, and every bedroom has a Smart TV. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail, and a cloakroom is also provided.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining table and sofa seating. Appliances run to an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Heating is by gas, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are in the rent, with a DVD player and WiFi. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate can be requested.

One well-behaved pet can come too, though smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, with a good-housekeeping bond payable. The nearest shop is 1.3 miles away, the nearest pub 1.5 miles and the beach 2.8 miles. It suits up to six people, family or friends, bringing one pet who want both a back garden and a front patio.
