Lulstead

At Lulstead the king-size bedroom is on the ground floor with its own en-suite bath, and two more bedrooms are upstairs. The lodge is in Nottington, a short drive from Weymouth, and sleeps six.

The upstairs pair is a super-king and a twin, both zip-and-link beds that can be swapped round on request, and each bedroom has a Smart TV. The en-suite has a bath, a shower over, a basin and WC. A second bathroom adds a bath, a shower over and a heated towel rail, and there is a cloakroom too.

Kitchen, dining table and sofas share one open-plan room, and patio doors lead out to a decked area and an enclosed garden with a lawn, plants, furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent, and there are four Smart TVs and WiFi. Two off-road spaces are allocated to the lodge, and a travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate can be requested.

A single well-behaved pet may stay. Smoking is not permitted. Arrival is from 4pm, departure by 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It is 1.3 miles to the nearest shop, 1.5 miles to the nearest pub and 2.8 miles to the beach. Lulstead suits a family of six who want a ground-floor bedroom with its own bath.
