Overcombe Mill

Overcombe Mill sits in the rural part of Nottington, a short distance from Weymouth. You pull into one of the two allocated off-road spaces and walk into an open-plan room where the kitchen, dining space and sitting area share the floor. The lodge sleeps six.

Patio doors open onto decking and a private, enclosed garden with shrubs, a seating area and a barbecue. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Up the stairs are a super-king and a twin, and either can be switched to the other arrangement on request. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs.

The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail, and a cloakroom has a basin and WC. The kitchen offers an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is a DVD player and WiFi. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate can be requested.

Overcombe Mill allows one well-behaved pet, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The shop is 1.3 miles away, the pub 1.5 miles and the beach 2.8 miles. The lodge suits friends or a family who want to bring a pet and have an enclosed garden.
