Durbyfield

Durbyfield is a three-bedroom lodge for up to six in Nottington, a short drive from Weymouth. Pets are not accepted, and neither is smoking. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a dining table and bright orange sofas, and patio doors open onto a decked area.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a bath, basin, WC and a dual-head rain shower. Upstairs are a super-king with a TV and a twin, and each can be set up the other way on request. Every bedroom has a Smart TV, and the two upstairs have storage for belongings. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail and a sparkle wall feature, and a cloakroom has a basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are in the rent, and the lodge has four Smart TVs, a DVD player and WiFi. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate can be requested.

The private enclosed garden has decking, furniture, a barbecue and plants, and two allocated off-road spaces are by the lodge. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The shop is 1.3 miles away, the pub 1.5 miles and the beach 2.8 miles. It suits a family of up to six who want one bedroom downstairs and room for two cars.
