Family Tides

Family Tides is a semi-detached house on the outskirts of Swanage, with a porch for boots at the front door. The beach is 1.5 miles away, a pub is just over 300 metres away and a shop is under 500 metres.

The hallway leads to a kitchen with a breakfast bar, an electric oven, a gas hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. A side door from the kitchen opens to the garden, with space to keep bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. The living room has a Smart TV and opens into a conservatory dining room with a large table and French doors to the rear decking.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size with sea views, a twin and a single, both with hillside views. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. A highchair is available.

The rear garden is enclosed and mostly lawn, with decking by the conservatory; five steps lead down from the decking into the garden. Parking is one off-road space plus unrestricted parking on the road. Up to two dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am. The house suits a family of five with one or two dogs who want a lawn and a pub within walking distance.
