The lounge/diner is split-level, with the lounge area up one step and a wood burner there. The dining area has a table and doors that open onto the garden, and the kitchen lies beyond it, with a built-in oven and hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All three bedrooms are on the first floor: a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a double and a single. The family shower room has a WC, and the en-suite has a shower over the bath.
One dog is permitted; additional charges may apply. The booking details also mention dog restrictions without spelling them out, so ask before you bring one. Parking is on-street. A welcome pack is provided, and the TV is a smart TV. There are no beach towels supplied, so bring some. Guests may check in from 4pm and must check out before 10am.
