Flat 1, St Agnes House

Flat 1 is the ground-floor apartment of St Agnes House, one of four in a Grade 2 listed building in the centre of Lyme Regis. A walled garden at the rear has furniture, and a single off-road space at the front takes one small or medium-sized car.

Inside, the lounge has a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and an electric fire. Two steps lead from the lounge to the kitchen/diner, which overlooks the garden and has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with an ice box. The bedroom has a king-size bed and high ceilings. The bathroom at the back of the flat has a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail and a separate WC.

The sofa bed sleeps two more and takes the flat to four; ask for it when you book. The rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels, and heating is electric. A highchair and a travel cot are available, and a welcome pack of milk, tea and locally sourced treats waits on arrival. Up to three well-behaved dogs can come, but smoking is not allowed. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles off and the beach 0.3. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Best for a couple, or a small family using the sofa bed, who want ground-floor living with a garden and a dog or two.
