Flat 2, St Agnes House

Sixteen internal steps climb to Flat 2, on the first floor of St Agnes House, a Grade II listed building in the heart of Lyme Regis. There is no lift. The building has kept its floor-to-ceiling windows with wrought iron balustrading, and the ceilings are high.

Parking is in public car parks within a five minutes' walk, where long-stay tickets can be bought, and two hours of free on-road parking is available opposite, subject to availability. Three well-behaved dogs can stay at the flat. No smoking is allowed. A highchair and a travel cot are available. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

The living/dining room has a Smart TV, a dining table and a double sofa bed, which sleeps two more and needs requesting when you book. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. The single bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom has a small bath with a hand-held shower over it, a basin and a WC. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all in the rent, with electric central heating. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3. Works for a couple or a small family with dogs who can manage a flight of stairs with luggage.
