Flat 3, St Agnes House

Elevated views of the Jurassic Coast come with the second-floor position of Flat 3 in St Agnes House, a Grade II listed building in the middle of Lyme Regis. The living/dining room holds a Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and a hairdryer is supplied.

There is one king-size bedroom, plus a bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC. The sofa bed sleeps two more guests, which takes the flat to four, but it has to be requested at booking. Electric central heating is fitted; fuel and power are in the rent, and bed linen and towels are supplied. A highchair and a travel cot can be provided.

For the car, there are public car parks about five minutes away that sell long-stay tickets, and the road opposite gives two hours of free parking, subject to availability. Up to three well-behaved dogs can stay, and smoking is not allowed. The pub and shop are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3. Langmoor and Lister Gardens, with a sculpture trail and a woodland boardwalk, run down towards the seafront. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Good for friends or a small family travelling with dogs, using the sofa bed for the extra two.
