Flat 5 Fairwinds

Flat 5 Fairwinds is a first-floor apartment at Sandbanks, near Poole, and it sleeps three. The way in is up a set of stairs, which the owners say may not suit guests with limited mobility. One bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be set up as two singles, and the other has a single bed with its own TV. The bathroom has a bath, a handheld shower, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

The open-plan living space joins the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, and the balcony is reached from there. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The balcony at the front is private and furnished, and there are shared communal gardens. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is one TV with WiFi.

Off-road parking is available at the rear. A permit goes with it, and a charge applies if the permit is not left in the flat at the end of your stay. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed anywhere in the flat, balcony included. The shop is 1.1 miles away, the pub 2 miles and the beach 0.3 miles. It suits two or three guests who are comfortable with a set of stairs.
