Victorian Cottage

Victorian Cottage is in Poole, with the shops and pubs within 500 metres and the beach 2.5 miles away. The hallway leads to an open-plan lounge and dining room, with a flame-effect fire and a Smart TV at the front and room for a table opposite.

The kitchen at the back was newly fitted in 2023 and has stone worktops, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. A washing machine is in the outside utility room, which also has a WC. A staircase rises to the king-size bedroom at the front, which has sound-minimising glazing, and a Smart TV, and to the single bedroom. These two share the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. A pull-out single bed can be added in the single room on request. The cottage is booked for three guests.

The enclosed garden has a patio with furniture, a generous lawn and established planting. A second WC with a basin opens off the patio. There is one off-road parking space, with more roadside parking subject to availability. The neighbours have a right of way through the rear patio gates, so they may need occasional access during your stay, which is usually minimal.

Two dogs can come, and additional charges may apply. The cottage suits a couple, or a couple with a child, who want a garden and a walkable town base.
