Beachcomber - Hamworthy

Beachcomber is a detached house in Hamworthy, off an unmade road close to Hamworthy Beach and Poole Harbour. Hamworthy is a large village and peninsula 1.5 miles from the town of Poole. The beach is 0.5 miles away and the shop and pub are 0.25 miles away.

From the hallway you walk into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with a corner sofa, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The twin bedroom and the shower room, which has a double shower, are on the ground floor. A staircase leads up to the king-size bedroom, set under the eaves with a TV. The ceilings in that room slope.

Outside there is a bench to sit on. Guests may not use the owner's garden. One car can use the private allocated parking space outside the house. A travel cot and a highchair can be provided for a young child.

Dogs are allowed, up to two, and additional charges may apply. The house suits a couple with a child or a pair of friends who want a short walk to the sand and a bedroom on the ground floor as well as one upstairs.
