Poole Quay Cottage

Poole Quay Cottage has one open-plan room downstairs, holding the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a Blu-Ray player, and a double and a twin bedroom upstairs. The mid-terrace house is close to the harbour in Poole, with the coast 0.2 miles away. A private space in front takes one car.

Wooden units in the kitchen hold integrated appliances: an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washer/dryer. Gas central heating is fitted, and the rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A hairdryer and ironing board are provided. The only bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower in a double glass enclosure, a basin and a WC, so a full group of four shares it.

Behind the house, an enclosed courtyard has a patio and bistro furniture for meals outdoors. Pub 0.3 miles, shop 0.4 miles. Poole Quay is a short walk, with the Poole Museum and the RNLI Poole Lifeboat Museum, and the waterside eateries include La Lupa, an Italian restaurant, and the Poole Arms, which serves seafood.

The cottage does not take children under 8, and pets and smoking are not allowed. Good for two couples or a family with children aged 8 and over.
