Seaheaven

Seaheaven is a ground-floor apartment in Sandbanks, close to Poole, with the beach 0.1 miles away. The garden has furniture, a hot tub and a barbecue. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and WiFi, a TV and central heating are fitted. The kitchen is a separate room from the living/dining room, and both bedrooms have a TV.

Both bedrooms are king-size and have their own TV. The first has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and its beds are zip/link, so they can be set up as twins on request. A separate shower room, also with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, serves the second. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is a designated off-road space for one car, with further parking on a first-come, first-served basis. The pub is 0.8 miles away and the shop 1.7 miles.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must stay off the furniture and beds and must not be left alone in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed. It suits two couples, or friends with dogs, who want a hot tub and a ground-floor bedroom a short walk from the sand.
