Flat 7 Sand Acres is a first-floor apartment in Canford Cliffs, near Poole, with the shop and the beach each 0.1 mile away and the pub 0.8 miles. A lift gives direct access to the apartment. The 26-foot balcony opens from the living room and looks over the sea and beach.

Living space is open plan, with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together. The kitchen has an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and the lounge has a Smart TV. WiFi and central heating are included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

There are two bedrooms. One holds a king-size bed and the other a child's bunk bed, and the bunk bed is a child's bunk. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. A maximum of four people is allowed.

The only parking listed is a public car park. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Stays must be at least five nights in June, July, August, September, Christmas and New Year, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple with one or two children who want the beach and a sea-facing balcony.
