Goldfinch At Lower Manor Farm

Goldfinch is a single-storey barn conversion at Lower Manor Farm in Chickerell, near Weymouth, with Langton Herring nearby. It is one of three properties on the farm and sleeps four. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, and the second bedroom is a zip-and-link twin that can be made into a super-king if you ask at the time of booking. A separate bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen has a TV with DVD player, and there is a dining room of its own. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, a microwave and a washing machine. Electricity and central heating are included with the stay. Wi-Fi is available, but the signal varies, so it is suitable for email and browsing only. Towels can be hired, and smoking is not allowed in the properties.

Patio doors lead from the living area to an enclosed garden with a patio and seating. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges possible, and the enclosed garden suits a couple or a small family travelling with them. Off-road parking is ample.

The shop and pubs are within 1 mile, and the sandy beach at Weymouth is 4 miles away. Check-in is from 4.30pm and check-out is before 10am.
