Gosling Way

Gosling Way is a single-storey bungalow in Lyme Regis, with the nearest shop 0.3 miles away and the nearest pub 0.1 miles. In the sitting and dining room, the dining table is towards the rear of the bungalow and looks out on the garden. The kitchen has wooden flooring and cupboards, an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and meals can be eaten at the breakfast table or the dining table. The town centre and the coast are easy to reach from the bungalow.

The bungalow sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double with good storage, and a second bedroom. One bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Gas heating is fitted, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is WiFi, a TV and a CD player. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Outside, an enclosed patio has raised beds and furniture, and there is also a rear garden where breakfast can be eaten outdoors. Off-road parking is for one car.

Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of one dog, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple or a small family travelling with a dog who want a single-storey layout.
