Greystones Flat is a two-bedroom ground-floor apartment on a quiet residential road in Lyme Regis. The lounge, the main bedroom and the terrace look across the town towards the sea and the Jurassic coastline. French windows from the sitting area open onto the enclosed terrace, which has furniture.

The double bedroom has a small basin, and the second room has twin beds on a zip-link that can be made up as a king-size if you ask when booking. The shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. In the open-plan living space the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, and a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio and WiFi are provided.

Off-road parking takes two cars, and a path of external, gently sloping steps runs through part of the main house's garden to the entrance, where a few more steps lead up. Inside, there is a step up from the living room to the dining room and a further step to the kitchen. A shop and a pub are each 0.2 miles away.

Neither pets nor smoking are allowed here, the booking carries a good-housekeeping bond, and sound proofing has been fitted. The flat is best for two couples or a family who can manage the steps.
