Half Moon Cottage

Half Moon Cottage stands in an elevated spot above the town centre of Lyme Regis, renovated to a high standard with its traditional roof beams kept. The living area is open plan, bringing together a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a woodburning stove warms the room. Logs are not supplied for the stove.

In the kitchen are an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, and a separate utility room has the washing machine. The television is accompanied by a DVD player. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all in the rent, though a single duvet is filled with feathers.

There are three bedrooms: a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, a double with seating and plenty of storage, and a twin. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC, which gives the house two bathrooms in total.

Outside is an enclosed patio with furniture, and off-road parking takes one car. A maximum of two dogs is accepted, and smoking is not allowed. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family, or two couples, bringing up to two dogs and wanting a short walk to the town centre.
