Harbour Heights Cottage

Harbour Heights Cottage is a single-storey house rising above the beach in Lyme Regis, with a view to the sea. The open-plan living area has two sets of sliding doors, leather sofas in the sitting area, a glass dining table, with a bar space and a desk beside the kitchen. Underfloor heating runs through the house.

Each of the two bedrooms has a super-king-size bed on a zip-link, and either can be set up as twins if you ask in advance. One bedroom has a sliding door to the patio. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and a walk-in shower, and a separate shower room with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has a fan oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, plus a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a utility room. A TV, Blu-Ray player, Bluetooth speaker, radio and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Children under 10 are not accepted. There is no smoking and no pets, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. Parking is off-road for two cars, and steps lead down from the parking spaces to the cottage; they are not steep but have no handrail. The patio has a raised terrace and furniture, with steps leading to Marine Parade, and a shop and a pub are each 0.1 miles away.

It suits two couples, or a family whose children are ten or over, who want to be above the beach.
