Hatchett Top Flat

Hatchett Top Flat is an apartment on the first floor of a building close to the River Lym, in Lyme Regis. It has two double bedrooms, one with its own television, which makes it a fit for two couples as much as for a family of four. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The sitting and dining room has a large wooden dining table, and the kitchen is tiled in black and white. Cooking is on an electric oven and grill, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a washing machine. The two televisions are both smart ones, there is a DVD player, and WiFi is included. The electric heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels all come with the rent.

At the rear, a south-facing part of the garden has furniture and a sitting area with a bench. One car can be parked off the road in an allocated space at the front of the building. A pub lies 0.2 miles away and a shop 0.4 miles.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Expect to pay a good-housekeeping bond. The flat suits two couples, or a family, who want separate double bedrooms and a place for the car.
