High Cliff Cottage

High Cliff Cottage is a detached house on higher ground looking over Lyme Regis, with three bedrooms for up to six guests. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds. The third has a zip-link bed that is a super king-size as standard and can be set up as a twin on request.

The sitting room has wooden flooring and bright blue sofas, and a smaller snug in the conservatory gives a second place to sit. The kitchen/diner has full-length sliding doors and tiled floors, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a separate utility room. There is a single bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. Gas heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a gravel seating area reached through the snug, and garden furniture. There is room for two cars off the road. The nearest shop and the nearest pub are each 0.4 miles away.

One dog is accepted, and no more than one. There is no smoking. The house suits a family or a group of adults who want three separate bedrooms, a garden and space to park two cars.
