Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is a period cottage in Lyme Regis with wooden roof beams, a fireplace and wooden flooring in the sitting/dining room. Large bay windows light the dining table, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

A steep staircase leads to the two bedrooms: a double with plenty of storage, and a bunk room with a bare stone wall, sleeping four in all. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a cot and a highchair are available. Gas heating is fitted, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is WiFi and a Smart TV.

The garden is enclosed, with a patio, shrubs, a lawn and furniture. Parking is in a public car park nearby, subject to availability and payable on site. Steep steps lead up to the cottage and the staircase is steep too, so it may not suit older guests or anyone who struggles with stairs.

One dog is allowed, smoking is not, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away. It suits a family of four, with a dog if wanted, who can manage steep steps.
