Laneside

Laneside is in Monkton Wyld, near Lyme Regis, and sleeps four in two bedrooms. A path from the parking area leads to the property, where a utility area with a washing machine and a fridge opens into an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment.

The lounge leads off the kitchen and has a TV and DVD player. Along the hallway are a double bedroom and a second room with a twin zip-and-link bed, which can be made up as a super-king on request, plus a dressing room that doubles as a cot room. The one bathroom is a shower room with a WC.

The enclosed garden wraps around two sides of the house and is mostly lawn with flower borders. Outside the lounge, a terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is off-road for 2 cars. Dog walks start from the doorstep, a shop for essentials is a short walk away, a pub is 1 mile off and the beach is 3 miles.

Two dogs are allowed, with additional charges that may apply. Smoking is not permitted. The cottage suits a family of four, or two couples, with a dog who want their own garden and parking.
